The Holy Family Health Program supports the health of all its children and their families.

We have a Community Health Worker on site who is currently working to identify and respond to the health needs of our families. So far, this includes:

•	making referrals to local health agencies and resources,
•	assisting families in their search for affordable health insurance,
•	educating our families by inviting guest speakers and leading discussions on relevant health topics, and
•	supporting other initiatives to help our families improve their health.

We are excited to be working with the support of the California Endowment. The Endowment works to “expand access to affordable, quality health care for underserved individuals and communities, and to promote fundamental improvements in the health status of all Californians.”  By partnering with the California Endowment, Holy Family Day Home is able to offer valuable advice and services to our families. We strive to continually improve the health of our families as we create new programs and expand our services.
